Motion that never shouts
The home page opens on a full-bleed video hero under a giant wordmark. Services stack as sticky cards while you scroll, offices do the same on the contact page, and the team runs as a slow ticker that reveals each portrait on hover. Smooth scrolling via Lenis. Everything stands down under <code>prefers-reduced-motion</code> while the layout stays intact.
Easy to customize
Every listing page builds itself from one Markdown file with typed frontmatter. Add a file and the gallery, specs, and highlights are live, with the property in the listing grid. Blog posts are Markdown too. All other copy, from navigation and team to testimonials, FAQs, and offices, sits in one JSON file. Colors and type are tokens in a single stylesheet.

Built with care
Unique titles and descriptions per page, one clean H1, descriptive alt text, and three tuned breakpoints, from a 27-inch display to a phone in a buyer's hand. Fonts are self-hosted through Fontsource, so no third party font requests. Static output, deploys anywhere.
